Does SchoolPro need the internet?
Not for daily work. Everything runs on your own computers. SchoolPro connects for a moment at least once every 30 days to confirm your license and fetch updates; it sends your license number and a pupil count, never names or records. If it can't connect, you get 5 more days and reminders before anything changes.
What if we grow past our pupil band?
Nothing stops working. SchoolPro reminds you, and you move to the right band at your next renewal.
What happens to our records if the license lapses?
They stay yours and stay readable. You can always view, print and export everything you've entered — we never lock a school out of its own records.
Can we see it before we pay?
